WordPress malware cleanup
If OwnerTrail has found changed files, hidden spam or a backdoor and you would rather not clean it up yourself, we can do it for you, with the same file-by-file checks.
What we do
Every core, plugin and theme file is compared with the genuine release from WordPress.org and put back where it differs. Files that nothing vouches for are read one by one, not just matched against a list of known malware. Then we look at the database, where spam links and extra admin accounts tend to hide, and fetch your pages the way Googlebot does, because a lot of spam is shown only to search engines.
At the end you get a plain report: what was wrong, what we removed or put back, and what to change so it does not happen again.

Prices are in US dollars. Fiverr shows them in your own currency and adds its service fee at checkout. Fiverr holds the payment until the work is delivered.
How it works
Order the package that fits. Fiverr then asks for your site address and access: a WordPress admin account, and hosting or SFTP access, because some malware lives outside WordPress where only hosting access can see it. We clean the site, send the report, and you check it before the order closes.
If Google is showing a warning on your site, we request a review in Search Console once it is clean. Google usually clears the warning within a few days.
Doing it yourself
The free OwnerTrail plugin shows exactly which files changed and which ones nothing vouches for. OwnerTrail Pro puts a changed file back from the genuine release in one click, with undo, and quarantines unknown files where they cannot run. If you are comfortable in WordPress, that is often enough.
